Coffee
We cannot offer returns on coffee beans, since it is perishable, but if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 25 days of your order date.
Email threecrownscoffee@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to make it right.
Merchandise
If you would like to return or exchange your merch order, please contact us threecrownscoffee@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to us, and the items must be returned in the state they were sent with all packing materials. We will cover shipping costs back, or if applicable, refunds will be issued to the card with which the purchase was made.
